Cabbage Planting - Preparing for Harvest

July 14, 2024

This past Saturday, Kyrie Farm buzzed with activity as nearly 30 volunteers came together to plant 1,500 cabbages and weed various vegetable patches. Their hard work ensures that this year’s organic crop will be one of our best yet.

By planting cabbages and maintaining weed-free fields, our volunteers are playing a critical role in promoting the farm’s sustainability.

It was a day filled with meaningful conversations about mental health, highlighting the supportive community that Kyrie Farm fosters. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and contributed to the farm’s success.
